Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with valid license in the US.
• Strong clinical dentistry skills with patient-centered care.
• Willingness to collaborate with Owner Dentists and in-house specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand skills with extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Use advanced technology such as CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and outcomes.
