Our practice leverages state-of-the-art digitized workflows and integrated technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records. A clear path to practice ownership awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have DDS/DMD and current dental licensure in Massachusetts.
• New graduates eligible.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Mentor with Owner Dentists for coaching and professional growth.
• Expand skills through extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
