PDS Health is seeking an Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care in a collaborative, technology-enabled practice. The role welcomes both recent graduates and experienced professionals and includes mentorship from Owner Dentists, extensive CE opportunities, and supportive guidance to grow your clinical skills.

You will work with in-house specialists, use CAD/CAM, CBCT and EPIC systems, and have a clear path to ownership within a forward-thinking, equitable culture

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care, prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
• Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
• Expand your skills with extensive CE opportunities.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver the best patient outcomes possible.
• Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
• Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
