Job summary

42 North Dental in Williamsport, PA seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care from exams to treatment planning. You will work within a collaborative network of doctors, providing in-office specialty services and maintaining high standards of care.

Candidates should hold a DMD or DDS, be licensed in the state, and maintain BLS/CPR; sign-on bonus up to $20,000 is offered along with a strong benefits package including medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
