42 North Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist in Sturbridge, MA to join our growing practice. You will provide comprehensive dental care, create treatment plans, and educate patients, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

We offer a strong patient flow, competitive compensation up to 36% of collections, and up to a $20K sign-on bonus, plus robust benefits and continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and our partners.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Active dental license in the state.
• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review treatment options with patients and update medical records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests to monitor development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care and perform procedures multiple oral tissues.

Overview

• 4-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic testsMonitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Skills & Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
