42North Dental is seeking a full-time Dentist to lead comprehensive dental care delivery from exam and treatment planning to procedures. The role covers specialty services like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong focus on patient education and quality care.

Annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD. Benefits include medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401K, CE support, mentorship, equity opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.

• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.

The Dentist is responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
