Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive clinical care and lead treatment planning for patients in a collaborative practice setting. You will educate patients, diagnose oral health issues, review treatment options, and maintain medical/dental records while upholding the highest standards of care and ethics within a network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and conditions.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update medical/dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests to guide care.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and professional standards through CE.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
