Job summary

Dynamic Dental in Jacksonville, NC seeks an associate to join a fast-paced, supportive, and professional team. This full-time role offers a wide range of general dentistry procedures and a clear path to partnership.

Compensation is 35% of collections with expected earnings over $250,000 annually, plus a $1,000 daily guarantee for the first 3 months and relocation assistance up to $5,000. Modern technology including digital X-rays, 3D imaging, and CEREC supports clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed general dentist
• Comfortable working independently
• Clinically confident and patient-focused
• Strong communicator with chairside manner
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Motivated to continue learning and expanding clinical skills

Responsibilities

• Provide wide range of general dentistry services
• Develop treatment plans and perform restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures as needed
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Mentor and train staff as needed
• Participate in practice growth and long-term ownership discussions
