Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program (CODA)
• Current, valid dental license in states where providing care
• Nitrous Oxide certification (TX required)

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with support from the team.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
• Participate in team huddles and care coordination.
