42North Dental is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from examination and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties and collaboration across the team.

The role offers earnings based on collections (up to 36%), bonus opportunities, strong upside tied to performance, and unlimited earning potential, along with comprehensive benefits and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active dental license in the state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standards of care and ethics.
• Stay updated with new developments and best practices.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program
