Job summary

42 North Dental is hiring a Full-time General Dentist in Charlotte, MI. You will oversee the patient experience from examination to delivery of care, offering in-office specialties and treatment planning. Earn up to 36% of collections with either a daily guarantee or a percentage plan.

Eligible candidates hold a DDS/DMD, a current state license, and BLS/CPR certification. Excellent benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
