42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist for Montoursville, PA. The role covers the complete patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Annual rate ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and daily guarantee/percentage of collections up to 36%. Benefits and CE opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patient dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Formation

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
