Job summary

Kids for the Future in Terre Haute, Indiana, seeks a dentist to join a high-volume practice focused on urgent needs and comprehensive care. The role emphasizes same-day treatments, including endodontics, extractions, and full-mouth planning, with a production-driven compensation model.

You will diagnose and treat urgent cases, perform surgical and routine extractions, and develop full-mouth plans while educating patients for immediate comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Surgical and routine extractions.
• Molar, pre-molar and anterior endodontics.
• Crown and bridge procedures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-production clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat urgent dental conditions with same-day comprehensive care.
• Perform surgical and routine extractions, including difficult cases.
• Complete anterior and molar root canal therapy.
• Develop and present comprehensive full-mouth treatment plans.
• Convert emergency visits into comprehensive treatment opportunities through patient education and trust.
• Restore patients using fillings, crowns, bridges, removable prosthetics, and implant restorations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a highly trained clinical team to provide efficient, high-quality care.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining productivity in a high-volume environment.
