Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, and other required certifications.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (TX, LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with support from the team.
• Participate in daily huddles and plan your day with the team to optimize patient care.
