Job summary
42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our Williamsport/Montoursville practice in Pennsylvania. You will deliver comprehensive dental care from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.
The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, competitive compensation, and a supportive network of doctors.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
- Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
- Keep up-to-date with developments and continuing education.
