Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our Rochester, NH practice. The Dentist leads the patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan through delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, providing comprehensive support and collaboration.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education
