Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from initial exam through delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, a 401K plan, and ongoing education through our Doctor network. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, create treatment plans, review records and X-rays, and perform surgical procedures while upholding

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
