Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Full-time General Dentist in Michigan to manage the complete patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily schedule of 8am–5pm, with a guaranteed pay or up to 36% of collections; comprehensive benefits apply. Qualified candidates hold a DMD or DDS, state license, Hep B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• State license to practice dentistry is current and active.
• Vaccination and malpractice documentation is up to date.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain/update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care; perform procedures.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Keep up with developments via continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
