Job summary

42North Dental in Charlotte, MI, is seeking a General Dentist to oversee the end-to-end patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Full-time, Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM with a daily guarantee or up to 36% collections. Benefits include health insurance with HSA, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities, and generous earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
