Job summary

Thrive Dental Recruiting is helping a Washington-based practice find a general dentist with 1–3 years private practice experience. You will practice all facets of general dentistry, collaborate with experienced professionals, and focus on delivering excellent patient care while contributing to practice stewardship.

Excellent earning potential up to $540k annually with best-of-breed technology and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years private practice experience.
• DMD or DDS license issued in the United States.
• Active Washington dental licensure in good standing (preferred).
• CPR certification.
• IV sedation focus with complex oral surgery (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Practice all facets of general dentistry.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team to ensure quality.

Skills:

• 1-3 years private practice experience
• Either a DMD or a DDS license issued in the United States
• Active Washington Dental Licensure in good standing (preferred)
• CPR Certification
• A specialty focus in IV Sedation with complex oral surgery is (preferred, not required)
