Our knowledgeable team believes in providing quality patient care above all else, and we are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist who shares this commitment to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment with the support of the latest dental technology.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision, including routine treatments and comprehensive care.

· Utilize cutting-edge technology to ensure thorough and accurate diagnosis and treatment.

· Apply strong chairside skills and in-depth knowledge of dentistry to create positive patient experiences.

· Supervise and manage the overall operations of both front and back-office staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality care.

· Prioritize quality patient care in every aspect of the practice.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience performing dentistry in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in placing implants, performing wisdom teeth extractions, and completing all endodontic treatments is a huge plus.

· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ambitious and motivated to grow within a thriving practice.

· Current dental license, DEA certification, and CPR/BLS certification required.

· Competitive compensation: Daily rate for the first two months, followed by a percentage of collections.
