Allington Dental & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. You will practice full-scope family dentistry for patients of all ages, with the opportunity to perform dental implants alongside comprehensive services.

You will be part of a collaborative team, participate in morning huddles, and mentor while being mentored, in a supportive environment. TX licensing and patient-focused care are essential.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited dental program.
• Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in TX).
• A passion for serving children and adults with compassion and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope family dentistry, including implants, general and preventive services.
• Serve a diverse patient base.
• Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach.
• Mentor and be mentored in a collaborative, supportive environment.
