42North Dental, founded to advance dental care and rooted near Boston, seeks a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from initial exam to treatment planning. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, aligning with our mission to deliver healthy, confident smiles for life.

Our established practice welcomes a strong flow of new patients monthly, emphasizing high ethical standards and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Proof of malpractice insurance.
Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention
Diagnose oral diseases
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health
Review treatment plan options with patients
Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients
Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism
Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through continuing education
