Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time General Dentist to join our team in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will deliver comprehensive dental care across the patient journey, from exam to treatment, while maintaining detailed records and collaborating with specialists.

The role offers a 2-3 day per week schedule with either 8AM-5PM or 10AM-7PM shifts and a competitive compensation structure including a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, along with benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
