Benevis is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Weslaco, Texas. You will provide full-scope family dentistry for patients of all ages, including dental implants, in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This role offers a guaranteed base pay over $200,000 with uncapped earning potential, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, comprehensive benefits, and visa sponsorship options.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program.
• Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure).
• CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages.
• Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach.
• Mentor and be mentored in a collaborative, supportive environment.
