Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to lead comprehensive patient care from exams to treatment planning and delivery of services in a collaborative practice.

The role covers periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a focus on exceptional care, ethics, and patient education. We offer mentorship, equity opportunities, and strong earning potential across a broad compensation range.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education
