Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a patient-centered practice. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam through treatment planning and delivery of care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism, and pursue ongoing education.
