Western Dental Services, Inc. is seeking a talented Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a collaborative and supportive practice in Bakersfield, CA. You will work with an office and regional team to deliver evidence-based dentistry and coordinate with Board Specialists when referrals are needed.

You’ll join staff dedicated to patient-focused care, strong teamwork, and a smooth daily workflow that lets you focus on your patients and their smiles.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• DEA certification.
• NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories.
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
