42 North Dental in the United States seeks a Dentist to manage the full patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This established practice welcomes a strong flow of new patients and provides access to exclusive continuing education along with mentorship and collaboration through a network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
