Job summary

42 North Dental in Rhode Island is seeking a licensed dentist to join our team. In our established practice, you will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and create comprehensive treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.

We value continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration within an amazing network of doctors. The annual rate ranges from $50,000 to $125,000 USD, with a strong focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
