Job summary

42 North Dental in Needham, MA is seeking a Dentist to join a team focused on delivering healthy, confident smiles for life. You will promote oral health, diagnose and treat dental diseases, and create comprehensive treatment plans as part of a collaborative practice rooted in education and mentorship.

The position opens opportunities to work with a strong patient flow, pursue ongoing continuing education, and contribute to a network of doctors dedicated to excellence and ethical care.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
Review patient records and interpret x‑rays and tests.
Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on teeth and oral tissues.
Maintain high standards of care and ethics; stay updated with new developments.
