Job summary

42 North Dental in Quincy, MA seeks a Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics. You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Earn up to 36% of collections. Benefits include ongoing education at no cost and mentorship within a network of doctors. This is a full-time, on-site role in a leading dental practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep current with new developments and continuing education.
