Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive patient care and lead the clinical experience. Our practice includes in-house specialty services such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong patient flow each month.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on options, and create treatment plans while maintaining patient records and staying current with evolving dental standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
• Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
• Current BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
