Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full patient care experience from exam to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will educate patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure high standards of care across our practice. The role offers annual earnings in the six-figure range with comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, and an equity opportunity.

Qualifications

• Hepatitis B vaccination required.
• Current state license to practice dentistry required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care via ongoing education.
