Job summary

42 North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam to care, with in-office specialty support including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Expected earnings $150,000-$250,000+ based on production; bonus opportunities and unlimited earning potential accompany this role. A strong benefits package includes medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401(k), continuing education, mentorship, equity potential, and a Doctors network.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and standards through education.
