Job summary

42 North Dental in Windham, NH is seeking a Dentist to manage the full patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The Dentist will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on treatment options, create and review treatment plans, and interpret x-rays while maintaining the highest standards of care and ethics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
