Job summary

42North Dental in Rhode Island invites a Dentist to join our established practice, built by dentists for dentists, delivering healthy, confident smiles for life.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients, create and review treatment plans, maintain records and interpret x-rays, while upholding the highest standards of care and ethics. We offer a 401K, continuing education at no cost, and mentorship through a network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
