Job summary

42 North Dental in Rhode Island is seeking a Dentist to lead the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a steady flow of new patients each month.

You will promote oral health, diagnose diseases, educate patients on options, and create treatment plans while maintaining records and staying current with new technologies. This role offers a strong benefits package and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain patient records and update medical/dental histories.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care and surgical procedures as needed.
