Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice, delivering comprehensive patient care from exams and treatment planning to delivery of services in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You’ll educate patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a strong emphasis on prevention and patient experience.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patient records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards and stay updated with new developments.
