42 North Dental in Charlotte, MI is seeking a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from exam through treatment planning and delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This role offers an 8AM-5PM schedule with either a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K, and access to continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment options.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients and update records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting structures.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

• Daily guarantee or percentage of collections up to 36%

Responsibilities:

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Skills & Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification

Annual Rate

$150,000 - $250,000 USD
