42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to oversee the full clinical patient experience from the initial exam and treatment plan through to the delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a team dedicated to advancing dentistry with access to exclusive continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a broad Doctors network. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 USD annually with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree required.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Responsibilities:

• Promote oral health and disease preventionDiagnose oral diseasesEducate patients on oral health and various treatment optionsCreate treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral healthReview treatment plan options with patientsReview, maintain and update patients' medical and dental recordsReview and interpret x-rays and diagnostic testsMonitor growth and development of the teeth and jawsProvide proper restorative and preventive dental carePerform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavityMaintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalismKeep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Skills & Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)Current state license to practice dentistryDocumentation of Hepatitis B vaccinationProof of malpractice insuranceCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
