Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
• CPR, DEA, and other certifications as required.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
• Utilize practice tools and follow established office workflows.
• Serve both children and adults, with emphasis on quality care and patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with safety and HIPAA requirements.
