Factoria Family Dentistry | Bellevue, WA
$200K–$300K+ Earning Potential | 3–4 Days/Week | 98%–100% Collection Rate | Clinical Autonomy | Open to Partnership
Factoria Family Dentistry is an established private practice in Bellevue, and we're looking for an experienced dentist who wants more than somewhere to work a few days a week.
We want to invest in someone who could become an important part of this practice for years to come.
We're looking for a dentist who is clinically confident, great with patients, and excited about continuing to grow. You'll have the autonomy to practice independently, an established patient base to build from, and an owner who is willing to invest in the right doctor and the future of the practice.
And if you're ultimately looking for more than an associate position, we're open to partnership with the right person.
This isn't a practice where your clinical abilities will sit on the shelf.
We're looking for a strong general dentist who is comfortable with comprehensive restorative dentistry and ideally brings experience in areas such as:
The practice is equipped with MEDIT intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and digital radiography, and we're willing to continue investing in technology, training, and clinical growth that makes sense for the future of the practice.
If there's something that can help the right dentist grow and do more here, we're open to that conversation.
A talented dentist shouldn't have to spend years wondering whether there will be enough dentistry to build a great career.
At Factoria, a strong associate has the opportunity to produce at a high level, with estimated annual earning potential of $200,000–$300,000+ based on collections.
And with a 98%–100% collection rate, the dentistry you perform actually translates into collections.
The schedule is 3–4 days per week, giving you the opportunity to build a substantial career without spending five days a week in the office.
Clinical ability is important, but it's not the only thing that makes someone successful in a practice.
We're looking for a dentist who has good clinical judgment, communicates well, treats people well, takes pride in their work, and genuinely wants to become part of the practice.
You should be confident enough to practice independently, but humble enough to collaborate.
Strong clinically. Good with people. Low ego. High standards.
That's the combination we're looking for.
Factoria Family Dentistry is led by Dr. Michael Kang, who has built the practice around conservative, high-quality dentistry and long-term patient relationships.
For the right dentist, this does not have to end with an associate position.
We're open to future partnership with someone who develops the right clinical, cultural, and long-term fit with the practice.
This isn't a generic "ownership opportunity" thrown into a job posting. We're genuinely interested in finding someone who could become an important part of the future of Factoria Family Dentistry.
If you're looking for a practice where you can build something, invest yourself in its future, and potentially have a seat at the table, we'd love to have that conversation.
We're looking for an experienced general dentist who:
An active Washington dental license in good standing is required.
The right dentist will find an established Bellevue practice with a strong patient base, excellent collection performance, meaningful earning potential, clinical autonomy, a 3–4 day workweek, and an owner who is genuinely interested in investing in their success.
And for someone who finds the right long-term fit here, there's an opportunity for this to grow into partnership.
You don't need to have your entire career figured out before you apply.
But if you're an experienced dentist who wants to do excellent dentistry, work with good people, continue growing, and potentially build something you can have a stake in someday, we'd really like to meet you.
