42North Dental in the United States is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient care experience from initial exam through delivery of care, with in-office specialties including endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You will educate patients on treatment options and ensure high-quality restorative and preventive care.

This role emphasizes ethics, ongoing education, and collaboration within a nationwide network.

Competenze

• DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Proof of hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and propose treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and options.
• Create treatment plans with patients and discuss options.
• Perform restorative and surgical dental care as needed.
• Review and maintain accurate medical and dental records.
• Stay updated on new technologies and standards through CE.

Schedule:

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday. Open to discuss. Flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Promote oral health and disease preventionDiagnose oral diseasesEducate patients on oral health and various treatment optionsCreate treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral healthReview treatment plan options with patientsReview, maintain and update patients' medical and dental recordsReview and interpret x-rays and diagnostic testsMonitor growth and development of the teeth and jawsProvide proper restorative and preventive dental carePerform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavityMaintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalismKeep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Skills & Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)Current state license to practice dentistryDocumentation of Hepatitis B vaccinationProof of malpractice insuranceCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
