Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who will deliver comprehensive clinical care across general dentistry. The role involves exams, treatment planning, and broad in-office services with an emphasis on high-quality patient experiences.

Applicants should hold a DMD or DDS, be licensed in the state, and have BLS/CPR. The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and potential for earnings in the $150k–$250k range, with strong mentorship and a supportive network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices.

• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
