Job summary

We are 42 North Dental, a practice focused on delivering healthy, confident smiles for life in Enfield, CT. The Dentist will oversee the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam to delivery of care, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role offers a significant sign-on bonus up to $15K, and a full-time schedule typical of 8am-5pm, with a strong compensation package of $180,000 to $250,000 annually.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance current.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients; update medical/dental records.
• Review, maintain and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and surgical dental procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism; stay updated with developments.
