42North Dental in Rochester, NH is hiring a Dentist to manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment. You will provide comprehensive dental care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an established network of Doctors.

The role offers strong earning potential with a compensation model based on collections, plus bonuses and equity opportunities. A modern practice with a robust patient base supports growth and professional development.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' dental records and radiographs.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Assist with surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

The Dentist is responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, providing comprehensive support and collaboration while allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices, and standards of care through continuing education and professional development

Skills & Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification

Annual Rate

$150,000 - $200,000 USD
