42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a full-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to restorative procedures, with in-office specialists in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a growth-minded practice that welcomes new patients monthly and supports ongoing CE, mentorship, and equity opportunities. Competitive compensation ranges from $180,000 to $250,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus up to $15K.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care and perform surgical procedures as needed.

Responsibilities:

Promote oral health and disease preventionDiagnose oral diseasesEducate patients on oral health and various treatment optionsCreate treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral healthReview treatment plan options with patientsReview, maintain and update patients' medical and dental recordsReview and interpret x-rays and diagnostic testsMonitor growth and development of the teeth and jawsProvide proper restorative and preventive dental carePerform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavityMaintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalismKeep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
