42North Dental in North Reading, MA, seeks a licensed Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from exam to treatment delivery.

Our practice offers in-office perio, endo, oral surgery, and ortho with a focus on high-quality care, patient education, and a collaborative team of doctors.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and prevent disease as the primary clinician.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on options and expected outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting structures.

In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease preventionDiagnose oral diseasesEducate patients on oral health and various treatment optionsCreate treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral healthReview treatment plan options with patientsReview, maintain and update patients' medical and dental recordsReview and interpret x-rays and diagnostic testsMonitor growth and development of the teeth and jawsProvide proper restorative and preventive dental carePerform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavityMaintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalismKeep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Skills & Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)Current state license to practice dentistryDocumentation of Hepatitis B vaccinationProof of malpractice insuranceCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
