Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist to oversee the complete patient experience from initial exam to treatment delivery. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will lead clinical care with a focus on prevention, diagnosis, education, and patient collaboration. The role offers comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, 401K, and ongoing education through an expansive network of doctors, with opportunities for equity and high earning

Qualifications

• Must hold a DDS/DMD degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the respective state.
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required.
• Provide proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records and x-rays.
• Perform restorative and preventive care and required surgical procedures.
• Maintain highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development

Skills & Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification

Annual Rate$150,000 - $250,000 USD
